Neuromuscular Massage is an approach to soft tissue manual therapy in which quasi - static pressure is applied to soft tissue to encourage muscle repair and improved mobility.

NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY

THERAPEUTIC Massage is the treatment of musculoskeletal issues. This sessions will involve sustained pressure using slow deep strokes to target the inner layers of the muscles and connective tissue.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Sports massage therapy is designed to focus on areas that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movement. This treatment facilitates restoration of range of motion, balance and recovery.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Medical massage is OUTCOME based and includes the application of a specific manual treatment to target the area of concern or of diagnosis. An assessment and evaluation will be made to devise a treatment plan to reach the goals of the client.
